Fun and Fancy
We have had a very busy couple of days. Yesterday we had a visit from my friend Ayshah and her son Tristan. We went outside to play in our sandbox and she wore a stocking cap that she so accurately describes as her rabbit!
I love this one, "Mommy my lady bugs on my back!" (What she says when she itches)
And playing dress up later.

(No her hair is not combed yet, it still has sand in it, I will get to it I promise...)
Today we went to Bounce U with Veronica and her son Edgar. It's basically just an indoor collection of Bounce houses and she would NOT go in before he got there. And she refused to go in any of the bounces once she finally made it in the room! She did really enjoy the snack and little trucks that she could pick up though. We went out to pizza for lunch and she and dad kicked back after her nap while I cleaned our bedroom. We can see the floor!

Avoiding the bounce room.

Wanna hear a great preggo moment? While washing clothes today I managed to do a whole load of nothing! I unloaded the dryer and fully expected to have a washing machine full of clothes and it was empty. I distinctly remember wondering why I had left the lid opened there were tons of bubbles in it, and I just closed it. But I guess I left it open to remember to put clothes in it but the machine went about the load like nothing was up!
Avia's quote for today "DO, DO, DO, DO, DOULA!" As part of a song she made up. So cute!
Just to let you guys know, I actually kind of like blogging a little and have decided to add little snippets about why we live the way we do. Like why I am homebirthing, eat organic, babywear, use cloth diapers, things that are a little different or "crunchy/granola". So stay tuned I am out to educate, haha! And for the less tech savvy guys out there that are getting the email updates, if you click on the link that says Posted By Iana to The Walkers, family and food blog! it will take you to a website with all the pretty pictures.
